Nedbank incompatence

I was in the process of transfering a large sum of travel allowance to my foreign bank account. Filled out the necessary paperwork and ticked the box "contact me before transfer, I need to approve exchange rate" Nedbank sent money without my permission and they are moving at a snail`s pace in recalling my funds. Now it has become my problem--nedbank staff has stated so. I am dealing with about 6 people and their attitude towards my case is shocking. This is a bank I respected for many years and it takes one incident to tarnish their reputation and trust.
