NOt wanting to help open an account

I want to open an account with Standard Bank. 6 months ago I bought a property and got a bond at Standard Bank. We moved to the property but because it's an estate all my post needs to go to a PO Box. In order to change my residence address at any institute I need to show a proof of residence. When I wanted to open the account with Standard bank I showed the following with my new addres on: Payslip, Bond Statement from Standard bank, Screen shot of the Municipality property rates (only yearly statement are issued but I'm not at the residence a year yet), A letter from the Home Owners association and a Affidavit from police. Still I was told by (Anthia Stander) the 3rd time I went back with proof of residence that she's busy and they won't accept any of my documents...
