I have been a customer for more than 20 years and believed my kids will become FNB customers as well but after the way we were treated today they definitely will not and I will also leave FNB, after waiting for nearly an hour to be helped my daughter was informed within seconds after finally making it to the front that he cannot get a card for an account which I opened for her years ago, I cannot do his as she recently turned 21 and now has to do things herself and why could she not get card? Because she only had her passport with her which although recognized by Capitec where se opened her own account as acceptable identity s not good enough for FNB? I tried to intervene but were met by the most obnoxious 2 persons who bluntly refused to Help me insisting that my daughter must first o to SAP to make statement as to why her ID is missing? I fail to see of what business that is of FNB, when I questioned this with the relevant person (Micheals supposed supervisor) I pretty much got impression o this s our rules if you don't like it leave - which is exactly what I will do after 20 years, there was absolutely no interest from the FNB employees to live up to your slogan
