I have recently opened a standard bank account in the hopes that i will get the service i need. to my surprise i have only been treated with disgust, on Tuesday the 05/02/2013 i went to standard bank at the airport to set limits on my internet banking as the consultant that opened the account did not do so and i was going to make a big transfer in the next day or 2, any how i walked into std bank airport and was not even greated, the lady behind the "enquiries" counter looked at me and just said "ja", so i told her what i need to do and she says swipe card and enter pin and that whole story, eventually she gives me a piece of paper to sign and tells me all is sorted, i then leave the airport and attempt to get something for my wife and daughter to eat at a take away and my card is declined, knowing that this is impossible as i have funds in my account, i go to an ATM where my card is just kicked out. now highly frustrated i get back into my car and drive back to the airport, with not a cent in my wallet, i attempt to see the same lady again, she eventually tells me my account needs to be ficad and she cant help. today i try to pay some other accounts and it tells me limit excee
