Tell me I dont have signing power on 19 years old

I opened an account for my daughter when she was 6 years old. I have always had signing power on the acoount as at 6 years old one is not allowed to open an account.
Last year when her card expired I PERSONALLY went to collect the new card. Her purse was in London and I went to Nedbank Meyersdal to get a new card.2 people told she had to come get it herself. She is in London. I told them to check who collected and signed for the last card, she said she could not. WHAT? No wonder I don't bank there anymore. I will close the account and move it elsewhere.
