DISSAPOINTED in FNB To say the least

I am a client of FNB for nearly two years now. Up to now I was very pleased with there serivce. But unfortunately big companies employ people who do not carry the coompanies best interest at heart.
My daugther finished school last year and got herself a very good job as a horse trainer. She is to begin work on the 3 July 2013. Because I am such a satisfied client of FNB, naturally I recommended that she open an account with FNB. She went into our local branch, Kleinmond and was helped by Tanya, who by the way opened my account for me nearly two years ago.. My daugther was refused a bank account because she did not have proof of address. My daugther is 18 years old, just wrote matric last year and this will be her first job. So it is very difficult for me to understand where my daughter is suppose to get a account with her physical address on as proof. My husband was with her and he could verify that she is who she says she is and that she stays at the address. He is also a well known client of the same local branch. An account was opend for another person just before her who lives at a temporary address. She has been living at this address for 14 years. I AM DISGUSTED
