CBP Capilisation Charges

I've just logged onto my internet banking to find that R850 has been debited off my account in four increments all labelled "CBP Capitalisation "

I am a holder of what is supposed to be a Silver Bundle option. I was under the impression when applying for this package that I'd pay a fixed monthly fee of R99.00 However since changing over to this bundle I am now paying more than I was before banking charges. It's ridiculous!!

What on earth is going on?! I cannot afford to be out almost a grand in cash without warning.
