FNB's bad service is making my business loose sale

We opened a pet store in the Roodepoort area and went to our local branch where all our accounts are. A lady with the name Maritjie helped us open the account, because me and my husband are co-owners two cards was requested, we also requested a card facility. A week later we collected our cards after standing in the Que for more than a half hour. When we eventually got to the front desk we were informed that their is some error on my husband's card. We were then informed by Heinrich that he will arrange for a new card for my husband. The following week we were already open for business my husband went to the branch to collect his promised card Heinrich was not their and now one new about the new card. During this whole episode I have left messages upon messages with no one coming back to me till today. Couple of weeks after the account was opened I phoned Kobus who does the card facilieties and was informed that it has been approved and that he will give the request through to a technisian for installation. the tech phoned me and informed me mam but the card is declined due to a judgement on your husbands name. still no one came back to us in the meantime we are loosing sales.
