Hail Storm 20.10.2013 - a Specialist contractor came to look at our roof after ABSA's contractor did a bad job. I have emailed ABSA 28.01.2013 31.01.2013 19.02.2013 01.03.2013 12.03.2013 13.03.2013 26.03.2013 just asking for some feedback as to what the outcome was of the assessors report. BUT still to this day no feedback. I understand the demand since the hail storm but HOW HARD is it just to contact your client advising them on the outcome. ABSA short term insurance department your service is beyond PATHETIC.
