Non delivery of services & no feedback

I claimed from Absa insurance HOC on 30/11/2013 to this day I have never received any feedback from them. My house was destroyed by storms & hail on 29/11/2013. Have been trying to follow up on this matter to no satisfaction. When I call the insurance company they told me that the contractor should have fixed my house a long time ago, when I call the contractor he told me he is still awaiting approval from Absa. I even logged a complaint internally still no one is getting back to me, not even an acknowledgement of complaint. I had to spend holidays with half the roof.
