Outsurance still no response after three weeks

I posted a complaint on the 8 March, Outsurance rejected my claim, they called me to hear my side again & 3 weeks later i have not heard a word. I put my trust in an insurance company specially one like Outsurance that advertise everywhere, when it comes to paying out they reject your claim, week after week, emails, complaints just nothing gets done. Why do we pay insurance when we are not insured, we should be able to sleep at night and drive around with confidence that Outsurance will have your back when an unfortunate accident happens, all i have had is disappointments, im trying to fight just to get paid out what i paid each month for a car that i thought was insured. No one wakes up & decides, today im going to have an accident, it is an awful experience in it self & traumatic, for weeks now i have to fight OUTsurance to pay out, I'm left with bank dept that i need to pay for the next few years with no car.. cause OUTsurance wont pay out. How is this right, who is protecting the consumer, you don't know until you claim, how important it is that you can trust your insurance company I never in a million years thought I would be in this position, what a price i need to pay no
