Accident involving an Outsurance insured

My daughter was hit from behind in the highway by a client of outsurance at the end of January and the claim is still not settled and I get no repsonse from Outsurance who over a month go advised that they need witness as the driver is saying it is not her fault, but she hut my daughter from behind damage to out car at the back her car at the front.

I dont even get responses from Outsurance when I send e-mails. So glad when I was looking for a new insurance I did not go with outsurance, no communication skills.
