Purchased goods at a store partner mid-January. Cash back was never paid, have reported it on 6 occassions and everytime the story is the same "it will be done today" yet to date still nothing. To bill their clients and deduct the money is quick but when its the other way round they drag it out and inconvenience the out of a person. You would think that they care about their clients, atleast to resolve a small issue like this but again it proves that these companies don't care about its clients as we are only numbers to them. Highly disgusted that this company can treat its clients in this manner and have no consequences or remorse in its actions. is all they feed us and we have to put up with it while they rake in the cash and abuse us. Beyond dissapointed and really considering in cancelling my card, maybe I should rather give my business to a company that gives a.
