Gym company has been offering a service to clients to able them to freeze accounts, I asked my account to be frozen and that was not done and when I went to inquire about was given attitude about it and I've been sent back and forward for bank statements and in responsive feed back from the lady. Is this how you treat clients who make payments every month,? I'm not please about this and highly unhappy with behavior given.
