Thieving Group of Companies (FNB/Discovery)

I owned a Discovery debit card (my own money in an account) about 10 years ago. I cancelled the account about a year after opening and never used it for banking purposes. FNB, one of the most apparently trusted banks in South Africa has now allowed Discovery Card (who by the way is FNB card to deduct an amount of R4300.00 from my bank account without authorisation from me and without any permission on my side.

This is supposedly a bank with the most advancements ever!!! Who allow companies (internally) to willy nilly money from clients accounts.

I called around to the department, Credit Card division and Customer Care and not 1 person had the decency to look into, advise or otherwise.

This is and and I will be opening a criminal case against FNB Card; as well as cancelling my account the instant this is sorted out.

FNB Card and FNB are thieving bankers. I spoke to Linda Tsengiwe at the department who couldn't even give me the correct telephone numbers for the people who have more than half a braincell so that I could get the matter resolved.
