I am a FNB Private Client and have always had good service from FNB until I had a call from appointed FNB attorneys regarding a Discovery Credit Card.

I went to go and see my private banker regarding this issue and he traced it on the system to be a discovery credit card that been dormant and now was been charged to my account. He requested that I sign an affidavit and send a email to FNB EDC. I sent the email and got an automatic reply that my query will be addressed in the next 3 working days. Then nothing happened. Subsequently I had another call from the attorneys demanding payment. I explained the matter in great detail to the lady. She informed me that she herself tried to get response from FNB EDC without any luck.

If this is how FNB is going to treat its valuable Clients then how on earth are the going to treat normal Clients. I am really getting fed up with no one getting back to me and the very poor service. This is how you loose your Clients, for good.
