FNB Does Not Care About Existing Clients

I applied for a samsung galaxy S4 smart device, however I was told that because i am an existing customer i am not able to receive 100 minutes free, 100mb data and 100 sms per month and i will only get the device for the exact same price that a new customer will be paying. I understand that this is a way to hook a new customer in to opening a new account with FNB but what about your existing longstanding clients that have been with you for years? You clearly making it a point that you do not care at all about existing clients. I am very dissapointed and I do not feel like I should do business with you anymore since you do not care about me, i will move to somebody who does. Stop focusing on getting new people and try and look at customer retention as well. Honestly I do not think this is an unreasonable request. Here is the reference number for my order Si2013052303115 if you decide to care and give me the same package like you will give to new clients. This customer experience has been truly horrible!
