I've requested that a Supervisor contact me twice but I'm still waiting for the call after two weeks. completely not impressed with the service and will be taking the matter further as clients are not prioritised. We have been working with Old Mutual Trust all these years and never experienced such bad service and lack of feedback. Been talking to a useless consultant Refilwe through the call centre and not getting any assistance and not even any empathy from her. Such service is unprofessional and it seems that Nedbank doesn't care and does not prioritise their clients' needs. a request that was submitted in February is still not attended to even though we asked that the matter be dealt with urgently as we desperately needed assistance as soon as possible. under previous management all our issues and queries were prioritised and resolved speedily without any hassle. The company doesn't even send any correspondence or anything.
