The service from Nedbank is shocking and they really do not put their clients first. 'Make things happen" is that slogan for them or for their clients. Nedbank needs to learn about service delivery and making their customers happy from FNB, they "Make things Happen". Your agent Bernard THomas needs some soft skills telephone training on empathy and needs to stop making your clients feel like he is doing them a favour with his heavy breathing when asked to explain something a second time. Nedbank claims that they tried on several occations to contact me because my payments were not reflecting, but they nevr called me on my cell phone not once, this number should be on your records. I am disgusted in the service i received from Nedbank in the way they have dealt with my situation. Question, "Do you treat your customers like people or are we all just a number to you? " There is no customer service that comes from your staff and you just do business as always regardless of clients requests and needs. Take a closer look at FNB and how they treat clients fairly and equally as is required by FSB and ask are you doing the same for your clients. I will never do business with Nedbank again.
