What a joke... Nedbank has no idea of customer service. I applied for private banking and was told that someone would contact me to set up a meeting, which they did... however they arrived 1 hour after the scheduled appointment without calling to advise they were running late. At this meeting I highlighted the fact that punctuality was of utmost importance... After 2 weeks, sets up another appointment and just doesn't pitch. I call the center to request my account is handed over to someone who is going to take care of my needs. I get a call from the supervisor who says she will get someone to contact me and I am still waiting... first email correspondence goes back to 28 August 2013... they obviously are not interested in my business and I shall be moving to another bank who values my patronage... shame on you Nedbank after I have been a client for more than 25 years!!!
