Still awaiting delivery a month after application

After lodging a complaint last month for a delay in order placement, it took another month for Cell-C to approve the contract. This was due to being unable to contact an HR contact for employment verification but failed to contact me to provide an alternative number.

With the contract now in place I was told stock would arrive of the phone last Friday and delivery of the handset would prioritised due to the delays experienced. I contacted Cell-C again on Friday to follow up and was informed that the handset was ready to be dispatched from the warehouse and I would expect delivery sometime early this week. Today when I contacted them I was told that stock is once again an issue and they are awaiting stock when I will AGAIN be prioritised... at this rate I will be lucky to get my wife's 2012 present for Christmas 2013.

I am sorry but my experience with this has been shocking and I regret not taking my contract business else where.
