Dirty unpainted walls

We reported our leaking ceiling to ABSA Insurance beginning of January 2013. The contractors had to put in a new ceiling and fix the roof. This left the kitchen and living room walls very dirty. The contractors refused to paint the walls stating it was not on their job card. We made ABSA aware of this and they arranged for another contractor to shampoo the living room walls after we had made it clear to them that walls needs repainting. This left the walls stained. The kitchen wall was not shampooed nor repainted and it is now two toned.

I am appalled by the service we received from ABSA about this claim. They failed to revert back to us and enquire if we were happy about the service we received from the contractors. I will not recommend ABSA to anyone their service is PATHETIC!!
