Two issues, firstly the grand storm on the East Rand of 11th NOVEMBER 2013 that flooded my lounge, destroyed my ceiling, walls floor and carpeting. Lodged a claim. Contractors appointed, Heard or seen nothing since. 2 MONTHS later? Great service. Secondly ABSA Maxicare policy on appliances. Fridge and stove broken. Contractor appointed. Came and had a look. Would be back next week. (That was 1st week of DECEMBER 2013.) Heard nothing since. GREAT SERVICE ABSA? Today tomorrow together? Maybe sometime never: take my money and duck rather seems to be the modus operandi.
