Overdue payment on 3rd party claim

Mutual & Federal Claim No - 77407946, Client - VAN WYK I & VAN WYK JJ,

We Submitted a 3rd party claim (ACM Praeg) for damages to our property wall on 14 Nov 2012 and still has not been paid. A settlement amount less than the cost of the emergency repairs to our property to prevent further damage/loss was offered which we feel is unacceptable. The expense would not have occurred was it not for the reckless driving of the Mutual & federal client. Needless to say the M&F client's claim has been settled and the innocent 3rd party is still waiting for the claim payout.
