On the 2013/04/03 one of Mutual & Federal client bump into my car while sitting in traffic.

Next week Wednesday it would all ready be 3 months since the accident.

I have send all the information they needed from me and received confirmation, but now i have to take my time and money to phone them and ask about whats happening with the claim. That is if you get lucky with someone that is interested in helping you after you have already been holding for 30 minutes. When you reach the person handling your claim eventually, and he tells you that it still in his "diary" he will be working on the file the next day. You will loose you're temper and demand better service, believe me he will have a bad attitude towards you. It seems like they just don't want to help you. As a non customer/client of Mutual & Federal this is not a good example.

It's the worst service i have received from any company and it's unacceptable.
