Since the claim has been submited for 3rd party claim from the 23 Jan 2013, i havent received concrete feedback and eventualy i manged to get throuhg your call centre 0113749111 on the 22 Feb 2013 14:45:00 Siphiwe Dladla adviced that they still havent received the claim froms from the financial adviser. Siphiwe did a conference call with Bianca (Galelio) & myself and the bianca started swearing at me for no apparent reason. I would like to know when will my claim be paid and my car fixed and when my car is taken for repairs i will require car hire so that i can be able to go to work. It really amazes that how could a claim with your cliant still havent been paid even today since last year because as part of the comprehensive cover the client also indicates the other 3rd party if there was involved in an accident (in this there was 3rd party claim). i have incured a lot of expenses trying to get this claim procossed. As a product provider you should make any business with Galelio Risk because they are making Mutual & Federal a bad company by not making the necessary follow up with the claims they log for their clients.
