MUTUAL & FEDERAL THIRD PARTY CLAIM

On the 18th of May Mutual & Federal client knocked into my car whilst not looking when he took the turn in the parking lot. I saw him coming on and immediately stopped and hooted continuously but he just kept on coming and knocked right into me. He got out and appologized and said he wasnt looking infront of him.

I received an email to submit all revelant documents and affividat to Mutual & Federal.
I liased with Mellisa Thomas at Mutual & Federal. And she assured me that she will sort out this matter.
She send me an email today saying that there client was not at fault and they wont cover the damages. And this is after there client admitted he was at fault. I am now left with a broken car that i cant drive and I do not have the funds to fix the damages that was caused by their client.

Where do i go from here???
