FNB Insurance Brokers
After 10 calls to FNB I still can't log a claim!!!

Good day
My name is Sibusiso Mtombeni. I have been trying to log a claim for my cellphone device since 22March but to no avail. This phone is insured with my household contents insurance policy. After calling 10 times, different numbers, and being transferred from pillar to post I still don't have a logged claim. I don't know if i will ever get assisted because nobody knows anything I have questions about.
