I'm Nkotha JBL, I bought the motor vehicle form Affinity Insurance underwritten by Ample Insurance Broker, my consultant was Antonett Rushmer, my policy/reference No: AFF132016. On the 11th November 2013 I logged a claim as my car got damaged by hailstorm experience in our area as I was driving back from work. The insurance acknowledged to have received my claim documents and they have confirmed to have register the claim. The car was also assessed by the assessor who was appointed by the insurance to assess the car.

On the 16th January 2014 I phoned the insurance wanted to know the way forward with my claim as there was not one was telling me anything and I was taken form pilar to post without and concrete answer given.

Again on the 22nd I phoned to get a feedback on my claim and I was never assisted.

So I just need you r intervention or assistance in this regards failure which I will take this a legal way.
