I would like to complain about the service that I am receiving from MiWay. On the 6 of February I received my new quote for the year from MiWay for R1209.06. I noticed that my registration number was incorrect and phoned MiWay to amend the registration number. They rectified the number. On the 20th of February I noticed that my debit order did not go off my account. I phoned them and they advised me that due to the change of the registration number the system cancelled my policy. They said it was a system error and they will rectified it. On 22 February I received another quotation of R1378.97. I left it at that as there was not a big difference in the amount. I received another quote on 6 March for R1627.18. I phoned them and asked why the policy increased and they advised that it was due to the change of my registration. I asked for it to be rectified and I received a new quote of R1317.85. On the 20th of March I noticed that the debit order did not go off once again. For the last three weeks I have been phoning them to advise why the debit order does not reflect on my account and every time I phone they tell me to check in a few days.
