Incompetent Nedbank Claim Repsonse

I am not very happy with Ned bank's Claims service with the assigned contractor "Tsoga Bune Building Enterprise CC - 072 515 8727" who was supposed to have fixed my problem (Burnt Main Switch box) on Saturday. This company cannot even be found on the internet? The claim was reported on 28-03-2013 10:27am when the problem happened "Nearly burning down the house" - This was explained to the operator on the claim side. Since Thursday my family was without any electrical power; no warm water etc. In my frustration yesterday I contacted an independent electrical supplier who was happy to assist and fixed the problem. This took him about 10 minutes to fix.

I am going to take this further and make sure everyone is aware of Nedbank and Tsoga Bune Building Enterprise's incompetence.
