Still no response on the cancellation and refund

I cancelled the two policies with Avbob before the cooling off period was over infact two day after i made them. The deducted money from my account for the policies that i cancelled. I sent all the documents I was suppose to send to them in order for them to process my refund. One of their consultant said they processed the refund on the 19th of february and should be getting it by cheque. Its a month already and I have not received it. Im puzzled by the fact that they don't get back to their clients on were they are at the moment with my complaint. Their customer service is shocking I am still waiting for my refund and they do not call their clients they don't care at all. When I called again some time two weeks back one consultant said i should fax my bank statement again for proof that I did not receive any cheque and request them to the debit the it straight to my account which I did. Well its been two months trying to get any response from them with no luck
