Unable to get feedback re cancelation of policy

I have found that AIG's service was very good up until I had to cancel my policies. I have two policies and made it clear in my email that both must be cancelled. One was still in its cooling period and I have requested a refund of the one policy. After a month, they still deducted the one policy, I emailed them immediately and they said I never cancelled both, and they want written confirmation that I want to cancel the other policy as well. I forwarded my previous email and made it clear that ALL policies must be cancelled. I never heard of them again. I request when will I get the refund, only response I get is "IT is in process". How long is this "process" taking? I also indicated that I want a refund of the old policy which they deducted another premium after cancelation.

There is no name at the bottom of their emails and it seems you are not dealing with the same person. That is why there is confusion with this matter.

I want my money refunded asap.
