Unhappy with turn of events

I called into MiWay as my car battery was dead this morning and I needed someone to jump the car. the experience I had with MiWay was unacceptable. I called in and was transferred twice to the wrong department, was put on hold for about 15 minutes when i eventually ran out of airtime. I was called back by the road side assistance department who put in the claim, however it was going to be atleast 60 minutes before someone could get out to me.
I eventually found someone to help me and called MiWay back to cancel the road side assistance. They now couldnt find the claim. If I never called back would I still be waiting??? I was on hold for quite a while giving different policy infomration as they were unable to pull any details up.
Eventually they "seemed" to have found it and apparently cancelled it.
About 20 - 25 minutes later I got a call from the 3rd party who was at my location to jump the car - I had to explain to them that I already cancelled the assistance less than 10 minutes after I called it in and they explained MiWay never contacted them to cancel. Needless to say they werent happy. I am not happy with MiWays assistance today.
