My points on Multiply still haven't been activated

I have been calling Multiply for a few months now. Requesting them to activate the point system to my gym contract at Planet Fitness. I gave them all the info they needed and they ensured that they activated it, but it has not yet been activated. It needs to be activated with my gym contract so that i can claim the points rewards. And what about all the point that would have had if the activation was done when it should have. Momentum Multiply needs to correct this because I pay my monthly fees.
