Multiply is terrible

As a multiply member i try to improve my status as quick as possible to get better discounts but multiply take over 2 months to log points from (Fittrack and Entrytime) I have to follow up with them and chase them constantly to make sure they log my points so i'm not sure why i have to pay for multiply when i'm the one that has to adminster my multiply account! I'm effectively paying R175 pm for an inefficient system and service!
