November 7, I signed up with Planet Fitness Rosebank with the intension to use my Vitality membership discount. I phoned Discovery Vitality to activate my Ref No .and the consultant at Discovery told me that Discovery is terminating their relationship with Bankmed end of December. She adviced me not to activate with them as she believes Momentum Multiply will be taking over the relationship with Bankmed and i should activate with Multiply instead.
I phoned the sale's guy at Planet Fitness and i told him i dont know much about Momentum Multiply and he adviced me to cancel the contract as it as within the 5 days since i had been there. He did tell me that his boss can explain to me how Multiply works, so i went to the gym and his boss (Dale) expained and I told him i dont know, i will think about it.
Suddenly on the 11th of February I get a text message saying Planet Fitness incorrectly billed you for Feb with a 10 % CPI increase. We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience and your next debit order will be credited. They debited R 431 from me but i thought I didnt have a contract with them.
They refuse to cancel this transaction. what does the CPA say about this
