Bankmed have unfortunately chose to change partners from Discovery Vitality to Momentum Multiply. The service is pathetic from Multiply. The website did not work, communications are sent out with links to webpages that do not work. I have contact Multiply to find out why I have not earned points on tests and sporting events that I have done only to be told that they do not have access to my medical records because they are confidential. According to the service agent I spoke to I have to scan all the medical records and send them on to Multiply as well as Bankmed. This is ridiculous! I do not even see some of the accounts as they go straight from the supplier to Bankmed. Nobody at Multiply knows what is going on. How can you partner with such a disorganised company? Compared to Vitality Multiply does not offer even 1% and what Vitality does and quite frankly I am beginning to think that Multiply is not worth it financially nor all the frustration
