I called the fnb telephone banking call centre to enquire about funds that was transfer ed yesterday (saturday 30 March 2013) from my sisters account to mine that was from fnb to fnb, that should have shown immediately. I got a notification via sms that the funds was transferred to my account. However the funds doesn't reflect on my account, hence the reason for calling fnb telephone banking.

The first call was today after 09:00 and they informed me that I should wait 24 hours from transfer time, that was yesterday at 12:20. so I had to wait, and I did, Called back today just before they closed for business, Candy said that my sister should phone in to confirm the payment, Why would that be, if I received a confirmation sms, which my sister also received to show that the funds has been deducted from her account, Candy had a rude and unmannered attitude towards me, assistance was bad, and when I asked her for her surname and her direct managers details, ' she was not willing to provide me with that information, and I got cutt off. As it was closing time, I think that's very poor service from a fnb call centre agent. And I would like to share this with the rest of the world
