Bank freezes my money

I transferred money from my Standardbank business account into my FNB personal cheque account last week. On Monday 27 May 2013 I tried to withdrawn the funds from FNB Bryanston shopping mall, but was told the funds source need to be confirmed first. I advised the bank that i will pick up the money from Hyde Park brach the following morning to give the bank time to confirm the funds. 48 hours later my funds are still frozen and no one is willing to assist or give satisfactory explanation. I took the liberty of calling Standardbank and getting my banking assist at FNB to get in contact with the person responsible for account Standardbank to confirm the funds. Standardbank has since given FNB Premier Banking confirmation of the funds yesterday, FNB then requested a letter from the company director confirming the funds, which it received yesterday. I have spent more than an hour in phone calls to FNB to have this matter sorted but no one seems to care!

I am shocked at the poor service I've received.
