Inter-Account Transfer doesn't work and is overdue

I recently opened a Money Market Call Deposit online through Internet Banking. As part of the terms and conditions, the client has access to the funds within 48 hours through an inter-account transfer via Internet Banking. On the 2013/02/11 I performed a transfer from the Call Account to my Transactional Account. The transaction showed up on my transactional account immediately, but still til now (2013/02/18), the funds have not cleared and the available balance has not been updated. I called the Internet Banking and General Banking call centres on 2013/02/11. I was first told that Internet Banking has to fix it, after which I was told General Banking had to release the funds. I was then told by General Banking that I need to go into a branch to release it!!! What's the point, you take out the account and use it according to the T&Cs only to be told that because it doesn't work according to promise, you now need to inconvenience yourself to fix the problem. I said too bad, the bank needs to sort it out and I expect a call from the General Banking Call Centre Manager, which I am still waiting for because noone was on duty when I called on Friday (2013/02/15), lunch time. Beep Bank!
