Std Bank doesn't want to refund me my money

On the 14 June 2013 I went Std Bank to close my Credit Card and there were some funds in it. I requested the Credit card Department to transfer the money to my 32 Days Notice Account. After a week I received a Call from Credit Card Dpt that the Account was successfully closed, that the funds were transferred to the 32 days Acc. But in July when I received my 32 days Acc.statement the funds from Credit Card were not transferred. On the 2nd of October I received another 32 Day Acc.statement still no funds transferred and walked to the same Branch and we made a call to the Credit Card Dpt and at first they didn't want to help us and said there is no money in the Acc. they promised to transfer the money to the same acc. within 24hrs, still nothing happened.
Last week Wednesday I went again to Std bank to inquire about the money this time the funds to be transferred to my Cheque Acc. same story I've to wait for 24hrs nothing happened. Even today I'm struggling to get my funds from Std Bank for no reason.
