They did it again

This has been the second time that Nedbank tires to deduct there debit order before the 1st.

I have informed them previously that I only get paid on the 1st of every month. But yet again, the tried to run the debit order on the 29th. This is really pathetic, how can they just change the debit order as they wish. All the paperwork I filled in stated that the debit order must go off on the 1st.

I want this debit order to be removed from my account. I will manually pay my account
