Unauthorized VAP INS Debit Order going off

Good day,

I have an unauthorized VAP INS debit order of R228 going off every month, I would like to find out what this is? I spoke to my bank and they say it is from NEDBANK. I have phoned NEDBANK multiple times just to be put through to another department or hanged up as soon as I explain my sitution. This is unacceptable and have not authorized any debit order with Nedbank. I have no account with NEDBANK so how did they obtain my details.

I see that there is multiple complaints on hellopeter about this Nedbank VAP INS Debit order.
