Unfair Cash fee

Hi,

Don't have too much time to fight it at the bank, but out of principle I would like to request reversal of R43.74 cash fees which I was charged yesterday for withdrawing over the counter. I didn't pay withdrawal fee for a very long time!

The reason for my over the counter - R1500 withdrawal was that both Nedbank machines were out of order, so I was already inconvenienced to go inside of the bank and stand in the que to find out next morning that I was penalized for Nedbanks internal ATM problem! Your assistance will be appreciated.
