Cash withdrawal Fee on Savvy Cheque Account

On the 5th of Dec, I made a withdrawal inside the bank. Today on the 9th I realised that I was charged an amount of R87-50. What suprises me is that my cheque account allows me to withdraw only ones inside a bank per month/cycle. Can Nedbank please refund me my money because I pay the monthly fee.

One other thing I made call at around 02:15 spoke to a lady, as I was holding for your employee my line got cut off - No courtesy of returning a call. I made another call around 02:25, spoke to another lady again my call was cut -off and no call back from your employees.

Such a service makes one to even consider moving to your competitors.
