Incorrectly charged withdrawal fees

On Monday I performed a cash withdrawal from the standard bank ATM at Gateway. I was charged R58.50 for this withdrawal when I should have only been charged R5.50. I walked into the branch and spoke to Melanie who said that it would be sorted out within three business days. At the enquiries counter, I opened a web browser and showed her that the fees indicated for an access account should have been R5.50 for that withdrawal.

You guys have subsequently updated your fees on the website (as of yesterday I think). But at the time of my transaction, the fees indicated that it should have been a flat fee of R5.50. Also, the disclaimer at the bottom says that customers will be informed of changes in fees within a reasonable amount of time. Till now I have not received any communication from standard bank regarding fee changes - not a single email, SMS or phone call.

I need the money that was deducted from my account for that transaction to be refunded to me immediately. The reference number given to me at the branch is 56987569.
