Charging inappropriate fees

Nedbank I would like you to tell me how you can debit my account for the sum of R69.50 on 27.11.2013 for a cash withdrawal I made at Pick n Pay tillpoint on 25.11.2013, My statement refers ATM/SSD fee 28.10 -26.11. and a service fee of R8.00, last month the service fee was R4.00. As far as I am aware a cash withdrawal at a tillpoint was free has this perhaps changed without notifying the consumer? You people are a joke. What really amuses me is when Nedbank calls and says the most ridiculous things, eg you are a most valued customer... what a lot of baloney.
