I have been involved in car accident last year December, logged in a claim with my insurer. The claim was approved and I was told to take the car to the panel-beater for assessment (MF panel-beaters), I took the car there and the assessment was done, I asked for the assessment report and quotation from the panel-beater. I was told that my insurance will forward the information to me; the following day I phoned my insurance asked for the assessment report and quotation for the repairs. I spoke to a lady Novuyo Mahlasela she promised to send the documents but unfortunately she did not do as promised, until I phoned again in March asked for the documents and then that was when they sent them to me and by that time the quotation was no longer valid. I asked a call centre lady in the claims department why it took them so long to send the info to me, she said she doesn't know, will tell the team leader's to phone me and explain why. I waited for team leader call until today but surprisingly last month my monthly premiums were increased yet my cay is still not fixed to date. Iwyze is the worst insurance ever.
