I have an account with Homechoice.
I had been in arrears with my account and eventually starting making double payments to them.
I now owe just over a R100.00 arrears to them. from the date of my last payment (end of July) Homechoice consultants have been calling me numerous times a day. sometimes I will just explain to one consultant that I will be making my last double payment at the end of this month and before I know it another consultant is calling me to explain the same thing.
this is infuriating as I am at work during these calls. I have left a message on their website for them to send me statements, this has not been done thus far. about a week ago I had enough and told the consult that I want to speak to the supervisor who is never available to speak to me. now I have just ignored their calls all together. how does their call centre operate? Do they not make notes on the system so that they don't call the same client numerous times? I have had the phone slammed down on my ear so many times by the call centre agents after me telling them about my frustration. today a lady called me and I told her the same thing again & she was so rude.
